Joe is the consummate entrepreneur. A Conestoga resident and Millersville University graduate, Joe has local roots, but a global vision. Powered by his faith in God and through first-hand experience in various marketing, coaching and philanthropic endeavors, Joe has lead, coached and shepherded business and organizational leaders both here and abroad. And while serving clients is a key focus, Joe strives for a life of balance by being a source of inspiration, encouragement to others. Joe attributes his strong faith as the driving force for his professional and personal achievements. Joe is the managing partner of Kingdom Crossroads, and the CEO of Sharp Innovations, Inc., Live with Purpose Coaching LLC, and Dream Bridge International.

The second partner in Kingdom Crossroads, and one of the original team members of Sharp Innovations, Inc., Bob is our go-to technical person—a role he fulfills every day in his position as partner and VP of Development and Technology for Sharp Innovations, Inc. As a technical resource for both Sharp and Kingdom Crossroads, Bob has a special knack for quickly understanding complex situations and providing simple, easily-understood solutions. Bob grew up in Quarryville, graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology here in Lancaster, and remains a local resident.
